Handyman Insurance, Central Florida Resort Project Transforms Former Mining Site

Building Streamsong Resort—a golf, spa and nature-based retreat located between Orlando and Tampa—involved transforming a former phosphate mine owned by The Mosaic Co., a producer of phosphate-based crop nutrients.
PCL Construction Services was charged with building a three-story golf clubhouse; a six-story, 305,000-sq-ft, 228-room hotel, conference center, spa and pool; and outdoor amenities.
