Question:Â Can you provide an example of Incidental Property Damage concerning a handyman?Â
- Example: Say you are installing new shelves in a client’s family room when the hammer slips from your hand, knocking over an antique vase that falls to the floor and shatters. That would be incidental property damage. We all know that accident happens. However, general liability insurance will help you pay for unexpected expenses if you damage someone else’s property.
