Handyman Insurance, CB&I Plant That Feeds Vogtle Project Faces NRC Scrutiny

The NRC is requiring CB&I to enact measures to improve the workplace culture related to quality control at a Lake Charles, La., plant that supplies materials to nuclear-power projects in Georgia and South Carolina.
