Handyman Insurance, Stanley Marketplace Could Become a ‘Catalyst Development’ for Aurora

Three Stapleton residents are poised to give new life to a 70-year-old building that sits on the border between Denver’s Stapleton neighborhood and Aurora. Plans call for a mixed-use redevelopment of the site into a destination marketplace that will house restaurants and retailers.
